Attorney Terry Coffing
Terry Coffing practices general civil litigation, including real estate, nursing home liability, landlord/tenant matters, criminal trials and appeals, insurance defense, and major injury claims. Mr. Coffing is a native of the Midwest and attended the University of Wisconsin and Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He joined Marquis & Aurbach in September 1993. While at Hamline, Mr. Coffing was admitted to the JD/MBA exchange program at the University of St. Thomas. Also during law school, Mr. Coffing had the honor of clerking for a United States Bankruptcy Court Judge and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Minnesota. Prior to coming to Marquis & Aurbach, Mr. Coffing served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack Lehman. Currently, he is licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota, as well as in Nevada. He is active in the state and local Bar organizations. In his spare time, Mr. Coffing is an avid golfer and hockey player. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Jayne, and their children, Abigail and Hayden.
